    Projects

Here are some recent, and not-so-recent projects that keep me busy and happy. Click through the photo for more.

    Updated... sporadically.

    SharpSpring Email Marketing Workshop

Technically titled "Grow Your Agency With Marketing Automation", I spoke to SharpSpring customers (mainly agency directors and executives) about how to use the features of marketing automation to help grow their clients' business and use cart abandonment and drip campaigns to win customers... and ultimately make their clients happier.

Full presentation can be found here.

    Freelance Writer & Contributor

Sporadic contributions to local blog and destination for witty SF news, Uptown Almanac. Founded by the one-and-only Kevin Montgomery. Which reminds me, I should contribute more often.

Monthly assignments for Wine Country Media, which owns Sonoma.com and NapaValley.com. I get to sound off on wineries, spa days and all kinds of travel up North. A particular favorite is this GIF post about holiday drinking.

    The Listening Project

Creator and project manager of “The Listening Project"; a symposium series with local after-school organization A Place Called Home in collaboration with the Annenberg School for Communication.

The series aimed to engage high school aged, inner city Los Angeles youth by learning about different kinds of music genres, ultimately participating in cutural diversity through music education.

Panelists included Jonathan Taplin, Ric Whitney, Marcia Dawkins, and Josh Kun (who additionally served as mentor on this project). Genres included activism music of the 60s, hip-hop, and traditional Mexican corridos.

    Ladypreneurs Club

Meeting quarterly, I am a part of over a dozen hand-picked, awesomely entrepreneurial ladies who run their own businesses. We strive to educate, inspire, and share our experiences as professionals and business women in a variety of fields. Joining as a member in 2013 after venturing into my own marketing consulting business, it’s been a welcomed opportunity to converse with my fellow boss ladies.

    Lomography Gallery Store

Opened December 8th 2011, the San Francisco Lomography Gallery Store was the only Northwest analog photography store of it's kind for more than two years. Although closed in March 2013, the Lomography Store served thousands of customers the entire gamut of Lomography products and film, and saw hundereds of curated galleries, photography shows, educational workshops, and community events.

As Territory Manager, I directed these initatives, saw the store through construction and opening, managed day-to-day operations, and business development.
